TOSCOPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want. However, Commissioner may make the commission for private use for 25% of the original commission price. (Meaning I wont post it and it wont be signed, you will receive the signed and unsigned version)COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTSUse the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement: Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way, unless the commercial use fee has been paid)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering, tracing, or changing the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
IF THIS AGREEMENT IS BROKEN, I RETAIN FULL RIGHTS TO RETRACT THE COMMISSION / DRAWING!EXTRA INFORMATION; USAGE ON TWITCH IS COMMERCIAL USE
Whether you are using it to gain money or not, it is still promoting/advertising your "brand".YOU MAY NOT USE PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS FOR YOUR TWITCH/YOUTUBE/STREAMING PLATFORM!Any other form of social media is fine such as Twitter, Discord, Instagram, etc. preferably with credit! Please ask directly about commercial usage.PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICYNo refunds unless I, the artist, cannot fulfill the commission and/or it is mutually agreed upon by both parties. I do not allow cancellations or refunds of any kind after the halfway point (once line art is complete). This stands regardless of the circumstances unless issued by the artist. Once the first payment has been paid, I will keep the deposit until I am finished with the final sketch, then ask for the second half once approved if we are doing 50/50. THEN I will finish the commission.How this works;
(KO-FI is meant for simple less detailed requests)
If you are NOT submitting through Ko-Fi you will put down a 25% deposit to start compared to the price point given of the request after we discussed the details through discord/gmail. An Example would be if I quoted your request to be $75, you will put down 25% of that quote to start. I will also calculate this for you and make a list of what's due per update. I will then begin working on the initial sketch of the drawing, if you are satisfied once I show you the sketch and wish to continue you will drop another 25% to meet the half way point of the process which I will then present the Line Art and base coloring. If you are still happy I will finish the rest of the drawing.
ALL PROCESS UPDATES WILL BE WATERMARKED TO PREVENT THEFT
If you are still satisfied by end of completion you will submit the other 50% due for the request and THEN I will provide the full drawing. If you wish for the drawing to be UNMARKED you will have to pay a 25% fee as stated in the TOS above BUT you must confirm by the COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT! An unmarked drawing DOES NOT MAKE IT YOURS commercial OR private!By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions. Not reading the TOS does NOT exempt you from following the terms.You may DM me if you have questions regarding the TOS

The amount of time it takes me to finish an artwork is roughly A week or more depending on how heavy the request is. Please keep in mind I work two jobs. $15 per extra Character within sketch, and $5 for simple colorPFP is $30
$5 for Background, $15 for Rendering, $5 for flat coloringFull Body (including Chibi) is $50
$15 for rendering, $25 for Background, $10 for Flat coloring.PNG-Tuber is $65
